Hello I’m new to your channel and to these types of power stations. I have one question, I have a 33’ boat and it has air conditioning and heat, refrigerator (small) battery charger onboard installed ect. Now my boat does have a generator, but I was thinking this would be even better because of fumes and fuel consumption. Would either one of these units plug into my boats 30 amp hookup for power while I’m at anchor??? Or would would the power needed be to much and I should save the money and run my onboard generator???

Do you plan to review the jackery 300 plus (LiFePO4)? I am torn between that and the EB3A.

Very nice. I didn't even know one could do this. I am pretty clueless evidently. I looked through the comments to see if my question had been posed but didn't see anything. Probably due to software updates, my app does not look like yours. When I go to the "Circuits" window I do not see all 10 circuits like you have. It looks as if they are doubled up. In the bottom right-hand corner of the first circuit, it says "1 "2 with a symbol between the 1 and 2 that I do not recognize (might be a chain link symbol which, if it is, I cannot "break"). Same for the other circuits (3 (symbol) 4, etc.). When I select one of the "double" circuits I can then do the "auto mode" but I can't just do, for example, just number 1, 1 and 2 are done together. Sorry, that I can't be more precise as, like I said, I am kind of clueless. Is this normal? Or did it get set up incorrectly? Thanks

Are there any losses using this in line? I would expect maybe a one Watt #1 volt loss, and what is the expected longevity of this item? Could I just hook it up and leave it in line for real time? 24 hour monitoring?

I have an AC180, EB3A, EB70S, and 2 120W panels. I am on the fence about buying this expansion. It will charge my units at about 200W I can leave those plugged in inside the house then take the B80 out and charge it via solar. But do I think I will need it

I would go with the one plus over a dedicated battery. It's better, will last longer. The batteries are usable with my tools and vice versa. I can swap batteries as needed and as they age replaceable. I already have 12 9ah batteries that plug into it. One plus over these 2.

One things missing on your battery tips is very important, leave your battery charged at 40 to 60 percent for long storage. Lithium ion batteries will degrade if charged over 90 percent.

I'm sorry about Brooklyn. And I agree with Alexandercosta. I'm not going to repeat what he says. Having to take the batteries off the charger is an example of bad engineering. The BMS should be smart enough to deal with that. And you can't leave the battery attached to tools? So on the big mower you need to remove all 8 batteries? That's not going to happen. That's like draining your remaining gas out of a gasoline mower every time you use it. Even I with my limited abilities could come up with a circuit to diisconnect the batteries from any drain source. That makes me rethink EGO.

I've had 2 Honda mowers since 1982 . I just bought 2 HRX217HYAs brand new in the boxes til I need them . I'll never do battery . Great detailed video . I don't care about loudness . Handle hightis great . My first honda I kept til 97 . I only sold it because I wanted somethingshiny and new . My second is still running after 27 years . Plastic deck was a big upgrade when honda came out with it . Honda going away is a end of a era 👍

From personal experience, the 2.5 ah battery is inadequate for the string trimmers. The 5.0 ah is what I would recommend but EGO , like most manufacturers just package a battery at the lower end. I run my ST1511T on low speed (never on high) and the area covered is not large yet I have to recharge in order to complete the area. We are diametrically opposed on this one.

Your second tip says to rest the battery for a minimum 30 mins before using again or before you have to charge it. But the note from Steve Jacobs advised that the battery should be removed from the tool and placed on a charger right after use, and then once charging is complete, remove the battery. Your #2 Tip conflicts with Steve's recommendation. I also realized that you read the first part of his message and not the second part which is the opposite to what he said. strange that none of those commenting chose to point this out. So who should the readers believe: you or Steve. I patiently await. (BTW, I own the EGO ST1511T & 2.5 ah battery)

That looks like another item to break down the road a bit over complicated and may require 2 hands just to obtain the cable especially how well the device stays or doesn’t stay in the socket and also not to mention where the dc outlet is located in the vehicle. Also it looks massive (drawback of storing cable in the unit, which another drawback is if the cable ever wears down or shorts out the entire unit will probably need to be replaced)

Unfortunately the nextgen panels are not available in Europe. I asked Ecoflow EU and there is no timeline at all when they might be available.👎
